Wisconsin Electric installed four 75 MW pulse jets units at the Valley Power Plant. The units have now been in operation for 9 years. Bag life was originally estimated at 3 years but the first set of bags lasted more that 7 years. The capital cost was $76/kw. Operating costs based on the two estimates of bag life are as follows.
