Andrew Industries Acquires Webron

On January 15, 1999 Webron Products was acquired by Andrew Industries Limited from Scapa Group plc. Under the new ownership, it is intended that the business will continue to operate autonomously from the existing site as  
Webron Products Limited, retaining the existing management team.
