Amerex Earns Clinker Cooler Contract

Amerex Industries, Inc., a subsidiary in ITEQ, Inc.'s Filtration Group, has received an order for a clinker cooler fabric filter (baghouse), a clinker cooler forced draft heat exchanger, three ASME-designed coal containment vessels and several nuisance dust collectors, to be delivered to a cement plant in Kentucky. The total value of the order is in excess of $1.4 million.

Amerex Industries, Inc. Pre-contract General Manager, Loran Schmidt stated, "This order demonstrates Amerex' capability to provide a wide range of filtration products and services to the cement industry. We are delighted to be awarded this project and believe we were chosen based on our design and cost-effective approach to the project."
