The Pieralisi Group now controls approximately 75% of the world market in terms of edible oil production machinery. The dairy division of the Pieralisi Group has been successfully manufacturing milk processing machines for a number of years. The latest generation of centrifugal separators with automatic discharge, flow rates of 1500 to 15000 liters/hour.

Cad systems are used, which when coupled with efficient manufacturing ,are a strength that is regarded highly by the company in terms of its ability to quickly meet customer needs. There is a substantial R & D effort with mobile centrifuges and a laboratory devoted to olive oil production issues.

The company manufacturers disk, basket and, decanter centrifuges and belt presses. It has a dominant position in Italy and has a presence in the rest of Europe and North America. The diversification plan followed by the Pieralisi Group has woven together an array of businesses in financial services and the hotel business.
