Elk Run Will Have Baghouse, Dry Scrubber and ACI

The 750-MW coal-fired Elk Run power plant (LS Power) in Waterloo, IA will have SCR, a dry scrubber system, and a halogenated activated carbon injection (ACI) system to remove additional mercury emissions not captured by other systems. The plant would also contain a fabric filter.
