Here is an opportunity to communicate with your important prospects for an entire hour. Mcilvaine is conducting hour long webinars in the fields of air, water, energy, and contamination control. There are Two categories of webinars:  full audience webinars and limited audience recorded webinars

Full Audience webinars

The sponsor makes a presentation in an hour long recorded webinar. The audience is composed of selected individuals in the 50,000 person networking directory who have responded to a series of emails and registered for the event.  The sponsor specifies the qualifications for the participants. Therefore the audience is comprised of important decision makers.

The webinar is recorded and posted under “Free sponsored webinars” on the Mcilvaine Website. You can view the recorded webinars sponsored by Aquatech and GE at:

There are two webinars posted for GE.  This is because the response was much larger than anticipated.  In the webinars conducted so far the attendance has averaged 60 people and the quality has been exceptional. As a result lively discussions have followed each presentation.

Mcilvaine sends two emails to potential attendees.  The selected target audience would be typically 2000 to 10,000 people. Mcilvaine then registers attendees, hosts the webinar, and posts the recording for one year (e.g. GE, Aquatech).  So the sponsor derives promotional benefits from the initial emails, the contact during the webinar, follow up with the registrants, and from inquires generated by the recording. The sponsor can post the recording on his website or just link to the recording on the Mcilvaine site. There will also be a link to Mcilvaine decision trees.

Price and Terms: the price is $8500. 50% is payable with the order and 50% within 10 days following the webinar.

Limited Audience recorded webinars

The sponsor makes a presentation in an hour long recorded webinar. The audience is limited. Mcilvaine does not provide email promotion. However the webinar is recorded and will be accessible in the "Free sponsored Webinars” for one year.  The sponsor can post the recording on his site or just link to the recording on the Mcilvaine site.  There will also be a link to Mcilvaine decision trees. The Midwesco recorded webinar is an example of this approach and can be viewed at

Price and Terms:  the price is $2,000 payable in advance.
