The ABC users are likely to include people in different geographies and different divisions.  Mcilvaine sends out periodic ABC Alerts to facilitate cooperation between these disparate operations.  Mcilvaine lists which ABC people  subscribe to each specific Mcilvaine  service.  This allows others to piggy back at a nominal price.  It also identifies individuals with common interests.
