Mercury Monitoring State Requirements are Different - Hot Topic Hour September 11, 2008

 

With the vacatur of CAMR the monitoring requirements have in some cases been temporarily eliminated and in others changed. Some states are moving ahead with an approximation of CAMR monitoring. Four speakers were scheduled. The three who did speak were
