Free Promotion of Your Power Plant Air Quality Products and Services

Importance

Utilities with more than 50 percent of the coal-fired generation capacity in the U.S. as well as utilities overseas are subscribers to McIlvaine Power Plant Air Quality Decisions.  In addition, representatives of most utilities have participated in McIlvaine “Hot Topic Hours” which use the visual displays in Air Quality Decisions as a basis for discussions.

Personnel find that the decision trees, webinars, instant access to background papers and other features help them make better decisions about your products more efficiently.  It is therefore quite important that the latest and best information about your products and services be displayed.

Here are the areas where you can contribute:

Decision Trees on Particulate, NO_x, Mercury, and FGD

• Provide input relative to the tree and branch design.  Are we missing a product category which should be included?
• Provide data for the source section at the end twig of many branches.  Specifically, we have five categories: company profile, product information, case histories, references, and contacts.
• Provide input for the weekly Utility E-Alert.
• Provide comments to supplement analysis in the decision trees.

Background Data

·         Provide copies of articles or speeches or provide links to those papers on your website.

·         Provide news for our weekly Utility E-Alert.

·         Make sure all your experts and sales people are included in our networking directories under the right product categories.

“Hot Topic Hour” Participation

Suppliers have the opportunity to make presentations in the audio/video “Hot Topic Hour” webinars. There are already hundreds of power plant presentations which have been delivered and recorded for permanent viewing.  There is a new “Hot Topic” discussion every week.  So check the schedule and make sure to volunteer when the subject matter is appropriate.

Moving Forward

As a subscriber you know what has been written about you and can easily coordinate with us. But even as a non-subscriber you can at least see whether your personnel are included in the networking directories and also view titles of articles about you.  All of this is explained in detail at:
