Hot Topic is How to Build Pump Company Revenues and Profits Oct. 21, at 12:30 p.m.

Next Wednesday a webinar will include the financial perspective on how to build pump revenues and profits and also recommendations from a sales and marketing perspective. Troy Pawelko, Founder and Managing Director of FC Advisors, LLC and has worked in investment banking and corporate finance. He has gained skills in business valuation and transaction structuring and has completed approximately 40 corporate finance transactions aggregating approximately $40 billion in value. He will present an analysis of drivers of shareholder value and ways to enhance this value. He will answer the question as to how companies are valued using discounted cash flow, multiple trading value techniques, and similar M & A transactions. Other parameters affecting pump company purchase price and the considerations relative to acquisitions will also be analyzed.

Bob McIlvaine will provide insights on the present market size and promising new opportunities from wastewater plants in China due to the present stimulus to gearbox lubrication in the booming European offshore wind industry. A unique new marketing environment is being created with a free website in Chinese and English on the range of pump applications. The implications for changing the marketing patterns of the industry through this site will be provided.
