Slitter/Rewinder

When TDC Filter Mfg., an Illinois-based manufacturer of dust-collecting air filters devised an innovative filter material, project engineer Yury Kabakov was assigned to find a new slitter/rewinder to augment the production line. "We needed a machine that could slit filter material very narrowly and rewind it," Kabakov said. "We also needed a slitter that would be able to keep up with our production speed requirements

Pleaters

Cabin Air filter production lines often use high speed knife pleaters with a speed of 350 pleats/min. The speed is lower than found in rotary pleaters but the quality is claimed to be higher
