          Description:
           AEP wants assurances on cost recovery wherever it builds this plant. Location decision could be made by June 2005. Having interconnection evaluated for three sites--Mason County, WV; Meigs County, OH; and Lewis County, KY. Filed initial Public Service Commission notices for 600 MW plant. PSC decision expected in August.
