          Description:
           The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin approved the project. 12/02 Washington Group received a limited notice to proceed on first 545 MW unit. Second unit may be built by 2008. Groundbreaking 6/03 A court ruled that the WI Public Service Commission failed to make an adequate analysis of the environmental impact of the new plant. However construction does not have to stop. State regulators say an in-depth environmental review is not needed for this project. 3/04 In operation. 7/05
