          Description:
           Will consist of 620 MW of new baseload combined cycle capacity and 280 MW of peaking capacity. Tractebel signed a 20 year power purchase agreement. Construction should begin Dec. 2001. 8/05 AEP awarded $123 million from Tractebel in lawsuit for breach of power purchase contract. 9/06 Sold to Dow Chemical.
