Day & Zimmermann is a provider of power plant maintenance & modification services specializing in long term annual maintenance contracts with a focus on alliance relationships with the plant owner. Ideally, the compensation is based on a score card process that is a pay for performance arrangement with fee at risk. When both the client and the contractor are in alignment with their goals, process and procedures a 25% reduction in maintenance cost can be realized. One of the corner stone’s of the scorecard process is a robust Outage Readiness Index (ORI) for planning purposes.
