ClydeUnion Pumps wins Indian order

ClydeUnion Pumps’ Conventional Power business unit has won the contract to design, manufacture, test and install six large boiler feed pump packages for the 2x800 MW coal-fired Krishnapatnam Power Project in India.
ClydeUnion Pumps will deliver three 15MW pump sets per boiler – two turbine driven and one motor driven –to the Krishnapatnam plant.
“We are delighted to be involved in such an important project; this is our largest conventional power order for ten years and demonstrates the effectiveness of the Business Unit structure” said Mark Hannigan, managing director of ClydeUnion Pumps' Conventional Power business unit. |
