BIO - Phil Boyle joined Powerspan in 1996 and is the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Phil provides technical oversight of the Company’s engineering, R&D, and commercial project activities. Prior to joining Powerspan, Phil spent 20 years with the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program as an engineer and program manager. Phil holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a Master's of Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, both attained at Cornell University. Phil also holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. |
