Dr. Andy Miller is Chief of the Atmospheric Protection Branch at EPA’s National Risk Management Research Laboratory, and is the Laboratory Technical Lead for Biofuels Research. Dr. Miller has been with EPA’s Office of Research and Development for 18 years, focusing on characterizing emissions of air pollutants from stationary combustion sources, including evaluation of emissions from alternative fuels such as emulsified fuel oils and biofuels. Dr. Miller received his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. |
