Naomi Goff is an air quality engineer in AECOM's Oakland, California office. Ms. Goff's areas of expertise include development of air emissions inventories, health risk assessments, permitting, air quality modeling, regulatory compliance, SARA 313 Toxic Release Inventory reporting, and air sampling. Ms. Goff is a California Climate Action Registry lead verifier trained in the General Reporting, Power and Utilities, and Livestock and Landfill Projects Protocols. Ms. Goff has developed or verified numerous greenhouse gas emission inventories for clients in a variety of sectors including the power, petroleum production, manufacturing and services sectors following protocols developed by the California Climate Action Registry, the Climate Registry, and the California Air Resources Board's AB 32. Ms. Goff has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
