Wallace Leung received his BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University (1977), and MS (1978) and ScD (1981) in Mechanical Engineering both from MIT. Since 2005, he is Chair Professor of Innovative Products and Technologies in Mechanical Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has developed various novel nanofiber technologies for photovoltaics and air/water purification. A start-up company, Avalon Nanofiber Ltd. Taipei, was initiated in 2015.
