ThermoFisher is already supplying mercury monitors to the cement industry. It supplies all the analyzers needed to meet both the toxics rule as well as those involving criteria pollutants. A novel new CEMS combines two instruments. The light scattering portion provides continuous measurement whereas the inertial microbalance (TEOM) provides NIST traceable mass calibration.
