ARI Environmental, Inc. (ARI) was retained by Houston Refining LP (HRO) to conduct an emission test program at their refinery located in Houston, Texas. The testing was conducted on July 18 through August 3, 2011 on the 736 Delayed Coking Unit (DCU) in response to the USEPA Section 114 Information Collection Request (ICR) for Petroleum Refineries.
