Title: Solving Lab Ventilation Challenges with Fabric HVAC Air Diffusion, 8p.

The main cause of ventilation challenges confronting labs today is the introduction of the HVAC supply air with such excessive velocities that the fume exhaust hood capture process is disrupted. This college research lab solved the problem by replacing metal diffusers with white two-by-four-foot fabric diffusers. The airflows through the fabric at a greatly reduced rate and eliminates turbulences.
