AARON SAMSON is the President and founder of Moxie Energy. Mr. Samson was a Managing Director for the AES Corporation where he led LNG development efforts throughout the world, including the Andres LNG Project in the Dominican Republic that is currently in operation. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Samson served as Vice President of Project Development for Kenetech Energy Systems where he was responsible for all development efforts associated with U.S. and international projects using natural gas, wind, biomass, and distillate oil technologies (1991-1999). Significantly, Mr. Samson conceived and led the development efforts associated with the EcoElectrica LNG and Power Plant Project in Puerto Rico, a world-class LNG import facility connected to a 540 MW cogeneration power plant. Mr. Samson also served as Director of Operations for Kenetech Facilities Management where he managed project operations, start-up, and construction for Kenetech's independent electric generation projects (1988-1991).

KENT MORTON is a Vice President of Moxie Energy. Mr. Morton was a Project Director with the AES Corporation working on the Sparrows Point LNG Project, a $1.5 billion project consisting of an LNG import terminal, an 88 mile interstate natural gas pipeline, a 300 MW cogeneration power plant, and a dredged material recycling facility. While at AES, Mr. Morton supervised the environmental and regulatory processes surrounding the FERC-led Environmental Impact Statement for the Sparrows Point Project and managed the political, legal, and public and community affairs associated with that effort. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Morton worked for Calpine Corporation where he successfully developed six energy projects that are currently in operation, including four cogeneration projects, valued between $300-$600 million. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Morton worked for Kenetech Energy Systems as Director of Project Development for numerous natural gas, wind, and biomass projects. Mr. Morton has a law degree from Yale University.

CHRISTOPHER DIEZ is a Vice President of Moxie Energy. Mr. Diez has served in positions of Vice President, Project Director, and Project Manager for various AES development teams where he managed development, engineering, and construction efforts for natural gas (including LNG) and wind-powered facilities. In addition to playing a major role in the completion of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Sparrows Point LNG Project, Mr. Diez also managed the environmental, regulatory and engineering efforts associated with three other NEPA processes or the foreign equivalent. Mr. Diez has also been involved with design, engineering, construction, and contract negotiations for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for all types of power facilities in and outside of the U.S. Project values ranged from $300 million to over $1.5 billion. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Diez worked for Kenetech Facilities Management where he managed construction, start-up, and operations of eight national and international facilities with over $20 million in annual operations budgets, $450 million in construction budgets and more than 90 employees.

SCOTT TAYLOR is a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Moxie Energy. Mr. Taylor was previously a Managing Director in the wind and solar groups of The AES Corporation, among other positions at AES over a twelve year career. While at AES, Mr. Taylor worked in a broad range of development and financial roles, including structuring and securing debt and equity financings across a diverse range of technologies, lead financial executive of the LNG team, and supporting acquisitions and other corporate activities. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Taylor was Vice President of Project Finance for Kenetech Energy Systems where he managed the national and international project finance functions for all non-wind independent electric generation projects, including natural gas, biomass, and oil-fired facilities (1991-1999). From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Taylor specialized in arranging, structuring, and negotiating non-recourse senior debt facilities for electric generation projects while at ABN Amro Bank. Mr. Taylor received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

ERIC WHITEHOUSE is Director of Construction for Moxie Energy. Mr. Whitehouse was President and Senior Vice President of Operations for Gemma Power Systems, an energy-focused EPC Contractor. During his career with Gemma, Mr. Whitehouse oversaw the execution of over 5,000 MW of power generation. Prior to this, Mr. Whitehouse worked with the AES Business Development teams, interacting on contracts and construction costs for LNG import facilities and wind and fossil plants. During his career, Mr. Whitehouse has been directly involved in the development, engineering, construction and commissioning of more than fifteen fossil fuel plants and renewable energy facilities that are currently in operation.
