BIO: AE&E Group is a leading international supplier of Air Pollution Control Systems and Technologies to the Power Generation and Heavy Industrial markets. Mr. Hug has over 25 years of experience within the Air Pollution Control Industry and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Project Management, Sales & Marketing, New Venture Development, Strategic Planning and Executive General Management.

Mr. Hug is currently Vice President of the Company’s North American Air Pollution Control Business Unit and is responsible for the oversight of the Unit’s business operations, including P & L, Proposal and Business Development, Project Operations and Aftermarket Support Services.

Mr. Hug has received a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA- Finance) from the Sellenger School of Business, Loyola University and a Bachelors of Science degree (B.S. - Marketing) from the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.
